Headlice treated with NYDA® will be “k.o.” within a minute. They are then unable to move and do not show any signs of life. This situation is irreversible and means the end of the parasite. In an example film you can see the way NYDA® works, in real time. Lice treated with NYDA® do not move any more after 58s. Scientists [Richling and Böckeler, 2008 (1)] have evaluated an average time of 19,7s to the “Knock Out“ of the headlice, following the treatment with NYDA®.
