As strange as it may sound, Pohl-Boskamp draws strength from the fact that its employees are concerned with more than just work alone, as this helps gain a better perspective on the priorities in life.

Indeed, during their free time, many of its employees take part in a wide range of voluntary work. Some are involved in the voluntary fire service or disaster relief organisations, whilst others sit on tribunals to resolve industrial and social disputes, participate in voluntary youth work or are members of various associations. As far as possible, Pohl-Boskamp seeks to find individual solutions so that the professional life of employees fits in with their voluntary activities.
